Bajofondo Tango Club:

When Campodónico was still in Peyote Asesino, he met Santaolalla in a recording studio. In Peyote Asesino, the Uruguayan band was beginning to sample records from Astor Piazzolla and Alfredo Zitarrosa, fusing tango, milonga and hip hop. Years later in Madrid, Campodónico (who was producing a disc for Jorge Drexler) and Santaolalla met again.

Gustavo spoke about and idea he had had in mind for some time ago: forming and electronic music label with Latin roots. That was the beginning of Bajofondo Tango Club.
