Tangodrims:

Tangodrims is a modern tango band based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It´s performing since 2005. At this same year recording label ava records published their first CD . It features 14 lunfardo tango (all written between 1915-1930) with old-tango arrangement (focused in guitar) mixed up with electronic beats and funk elements, in a really strange but delicious

combination. This CD have been presented in Argentina and in Uruguay with the band and a group of 4 dancers, performing traditional tango and contemporary dance.

Now, with some changes in formation, Tangodrims is getting deeply into different views of Tango. By now, they are happily

rediscovering bridges from tango to Jazz and to Cuban Music, working on their new Cd.
